Keeping your account organized is important — especially when you’re managing hosting services, billing, or technical support for multiple people. With CodeHost, you can easily add new contacts to your account and assign specific permissions based on what they need access to.
This guide will walk you through the steps to add a new contact. Follow these steps to add a new contact for your account.
Step 1 : Login to the clientarea
Login to the clientarea via our portal or click here to login : https://user.codehost.in/clientarea.php
Step 2 : Click on the Menu on upper right corner
Step 3 : Click on "Contacts"
Step 4 : Choose contact as "Add New Contact"
Fill in the required contact information such as First Name, Last Name, Address, Email ID, and Phone Number.
Then, select the appropriate Email Preferences based on what type of notifications you want this contact to receive (e.g. billing, support, domain alerts).
Make sure to double-check the email address, as all selected notifications will be sent there.
Congratulations! Your contact has been added.
Once your contact is saved, it will appear on the same page under the Contacts section. From here, you can :
View the details of the newly added contact
Add another contact if needed
Edit or delete any existing contact at any time
This makes it easy to manage all your contacts from one place.
